All our toy products conform to current UK and EU safety standards.
Please ensure all products are sold with their appropriate CE information.

Our minimum order value for all destinations is £50. Carriage paid order value is £150 for UK mainland.

For UK offshore & ROI the carriage paid value is £250, all other destinations carriage cost will be by quotation.

Our fee for orders between £50 and carriage paid value is £6.

Invoices will be raised on the date of dispatch of your order and will be payable within 30 days from this date.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or by any major credit / debit card.

A 2.5% settlement discount is available for payment within 10 days of the invoice. Discount applies to the value of the goods only.

Goods will remain the property of 1Umbrella until paid for in full. 1Umbrella reserve the right to charge Interest at 2% per month on all overdue accounts.

Please notify us within 7 days if an error has been made with your order and we will endeavour to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

Returns cannot be accepted without our prior written approval.
